“I could write a novel about Drake & our wedding video but let me just start with this - hiring Drake was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Not just for the wedding day but for our future selves and our future family.

During wedding planning, we heard from quite a few people that hiring a videographer wasn’t necessary because “who even watches their wedding video anyways.” CLEARLY these people had never met Drake or seen his work before. I’m here to tell you that Drake is 100% worth the investment (and more!) and that you WILL watch your video over and over again. In the year that we’ve been married, we’ve watched our wedding video at least once a month (if not more) and have been filled with the same emotions every single time. And it’s not just us - our friends and family all sing Drake’s praises and remark on how beautifully he captured our weekend.

Drake was truly made to do this. His love of his craft is evident in everything he does - from the amount of care and time he put in to getting to know us and our story to his presence on our wedding day. He of course captured all the big moments but it was in those small, special moments that Drake really brought our story to life.

Anytime I think about our wedding video and our experience working with Drake, I get choked up. He gave us the most beautiful gift - a video that captures not just how our wedding looked but how it felt. We wanted a video that felt like a cozy, home movie and Drake took that vision and made it better than we could have imagined. It's warm, beautiful, and so heartfelt.

I feel extra lucky that I've gotten the opportunity to work with Drake as a bride and as a wedding planner. A few years ago, Drake was the videographer for a wedding I coordinated, and I remember walking away thinking "I've just found my future wedding videographer." I had the privilege of working alongside Drake a little over 2 years ago in San Diego at a wedding, and I knew that day that if we were to hire anyone to do video for our wedding day, it would be him.
